Welcome to Paris Disney Tours. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://parisdisneytours.com) and the booking, cancellation, and provision of private transport, airport transfers, city tours, and related services (“Services”) provided by us.

By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our website or Services.


1. Our Services & Role

Paris Disney Tours is a professional private transport and tour operator based in France. We provide direct, fixed-price transfers between Paris airports (CDG, Orly, Beauvais), train stations, hotels, and Disneyland® Paris, as well as private city tours and excursions.

We are not a marketplace or booking agent. We own and operate our fleet of vehicles and employ our drivers. When you book with us, you contract directly with Paris Disney Tours, not a third party. This means we are fully responsible for delivering your transport or tour service as described.


2. Contract & Booking Confirmation

  • A contract between you and Paris Disney Tours is formed when you complete the booking process and receive a confirmation email from us.

  • It is your responsibility to check the confirmation email carefully. Verify pickup date, time, location, number of passengers, vehicle type, and destination. Contact us immediately if any detail is incorrect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. If we cannot accept your booking, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment was taken.


3. Price & Payment

  • All prices displayed are in Euro (€) and are fixed – no hidden fees, no surge pricing, and no extra charges for traffic or luggage (within standard limits).

  • Prices include: driver, vehicle, fuel, tolls, airport parking, meet & greet, and French VAT.

  • Not included: Entrance fees to attractions, personal travel insurance, tips, or any items not explicitly stated.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking via our secure payment partner (Stripe). We accept major credit/debit cards. You may also choose “Pay by Cash to Driver” where available – but the booking must still be confirmed online.

  • For cash payments, the exact amount in Euros is required unless prior agreement is made.


4. Changes & Cancellations by You

4.1 Free Cancellation Period

  • You may cancel any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations must be made via the cancellation link in your confirmation email or by replying to that email.

  • If you cancel within the free period, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4.2 Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours)

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will be charged 100% of the booking total – no refund is provided.

4.3 No-Show

  • If you are not at the designated pickup location at the agreed time and do not contact us, this is considered a no-show. No refund will be given.

4.4 Changes to a Booking

  • Changes to pickup time, date, or destination are allowed free of charge up to 12 hours before the original pickup time, subject to availability.

  • Contact us directly by email or WhatsApp to request changes. We will confirm in writing.


5. Changes & Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel or significantly alter your booking (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver illness, extreme weather), we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible.

  • Offer you a full refund or rebook you at no extra cost.

  • Not be liable for any consequential losses (e.g., missed park entry, flight, or train), so please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.


6. Pickup & Meeting Procedure

  • Airport pickups: Your driver will wait in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. We monitor flight times and adjust for delays automatically.

  • Hotel / address pickups: Please wait in the lobby or at the main entrance. Your driver will arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Waiting time included:

    • Airport pickups: 60 minutes from actual landing time.

    • Other pickups: 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time.

  • After the free waiting time expires, if you have not made contact, the driver may leave and the trip will be considered a no-show (no refund). Extended waiting is possible at €15 per additional 30 minutes, payable directly to the driver.


7. Luggage & Passenger Capacity

  • Standard luggage allowance: One large suitcase (max 23 kg / 50 lbs) and one carry-on bag per passenger.

  • Vehicle limits:

    • Saloon / Sedan: 2 passengers + 2 large suitcases

    • SUV: 4 passengers + 4 large suitcases

    • Van (7 seater): 6 passengers + 6 large suitcases

    • Minibus (8 seater): 7 passengers + 7 large suitcases

  • Excess luggage: Must be declared at booking. We may require a larger vehicle at an extra charge. Undeclared excess luggage may be refused.

  • Sports equipment (golf clubs, skis, surfboards) and wheelchairs must be declared at booking. Additional charges may apply.


8. Child & Baby Seats

  • We provide free baby seats and booster seats upon request. You must specify the need for seats at the time of booking.

  • French law requires:

    • Children under 10 years old to use an appropriate child restraint.

    • Children under 135 cm (4’5″) to use a booster or baby seat.

  • You are responsible for installing the seat or ensuring it is correctly used. Our drivers can assist but are not liable for improper installation.

  • If you do not request a seat in advance, we cannot guarantee availability, and you may be refused travel.


9. Special Assistance & Disabilities

  • We welcome passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility. Please inform us at booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle (e.g., wheelchair-accessible van where available).

  • Our drivers are trained to assist with folding wheelchairs and luggage. However, we are not a medical transport service. If you require specialized care during the journey, you must travel with a companion.

  • Electric wheelchairs larger than standard carry-on size must be declared – we will advise if they can be accommodated.


10. Behavior & Liability

  • You agree to behave respectfully toward the driver and the vehicle. Smoking, alcohol consumption (without driver consent), and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by you or a member of your party will be charged at cost (cleaning, repair, or valet fees).

  • We are not liable for:

    • Delays caused by traffic, accidents, roadworks, strikes, or weather.

    • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Check the vehicle before leaving.

    • Missed flights, trains, or Disney® reservations – we recommend allowing ample travel time (minimum 3 hours for airport departures).

  • Our total liability is limited to the cost of the booked transfer.


11. Travel Insurance – Highly Recommended

We strongly advise all customers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption

  • Medical expenses

  • Loss or delay of luggage

  • Missed connections (flights, trains, Disney® park entries)

Paris Disney Tours does not provide travel insurance.


12. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data (name, email, phone, flight details, pickup addresses) only to provide our Services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from your booking or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Our email for disputes is legal@parisdisneytours.com.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
